Ordering

Once your ring design is complete it may be ordered. Go to the Saved Designs screen and click on ADD TO SHOPPING CART. Note that you can order more than one design at a time.

Once you have the design(s) you want added to the Shopping Cart, click on CHECK-OUT. The program will walk you through the process.

[1] It will ask you to enter:

• Shipping Address
• Invoicing Address (Typically same as the shipping address)

[2] The program will ask you to select a shipping options and calculate the fees depending on where you live.

[3] The program will ask you to select your Payment Options. You will have the option of paying by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or any other way you want (check/money order/bank draft).

[4] You can also decide when you want to pay. Your options are:

• The full amount when the order is placed. OR
• Half and half. That is, 50% when the order is placed and the rest just before shipping. OR
• Set up a payment plan and pay whatever amount you want in whatever frequency. Note that ring production does NOT start until we have received 50% of the order and it is NOT shipped until we receive the full amount.

[5] Once you order is submitted, you can always log back into your account and see the full details of the order. Note that once a design is submitted as an Order, you will not be able to edit the design anymore. Do not worry, we can make any and all changes on our side if you ask us to.

[6] Order Confirmation. After we receive your order, a CSR (Customer Service Rep) will be assigned to your order. The CSR will verify your order and work with you to finalize any details it may have.

[7] Ring Production. After your payment is processed, the ring will be put into production. Your ring will be custom made to your specifications and will take between 6 to 8 weeks to be completed. If your ring design includes any custom tooling, we will need an additional 3-4 weeks for production. Production times may vary depending on the time of year (Christmas, graduation season, etc.).

[8] Message Board. After you have placed your order, you can communicate with your CSR using the Message Board. This message board will hold all messages exchanged between yourself and your CSR so you can always see the whole history of your order.

Whenever your CSR adds a message, you will also be informed via email that a message has been added to the board.

[9] Shipping. When your ring is ready and the final payments have been processed, you will be informed when the ring has been shipped and how. You will be provided the courier name and a tracking number for easy tracking.
